High school diploma. 3 plus years plus experience as a caregiver with experience caring for residents with challenging behaviors. Has an active cbrf certification on the UWGB registry. Has past experience leading a team.  Has knowledge and skill to assist in day to day care of residents. 

High school diploma. 4 plus years experience managing over 10 staff. Has an active cbrf certification on the UWGB registry. Works in collaboration with the physicians and/or pharmacists and monitor the residents’ medications. Must be able to implement company approved  trainings, policies and procedures.Must be available for on-call during weekends, nights and holidays.
